REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Philip Agui Tanui (ID/4172375), of P.O. Box 153– 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, registered under the title No. Eldoret Municipality Block 9/2363, by virtue of a certificate of lease, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land has been lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
