REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mohamed Bashir Ebrahim Omar, (2) Abdulrazak Admani, (3) Mohamed Riyaz Hussein Admani, (4) Rashida Banu Mohamed Hussein, (5) Shamim Banu Ebrahim Omar, (6) Abdulrazak Mohamed, (7) Zahir Abdulrazak Admani, (8) Naushad Abdulrazak Admani and (9) Zahida Ebrahim Omar, are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.036 hectare or thereabouts, known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block XL/21, situate in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title as provided that no objection has been received within that period.
