THE LAND CONTROL ACT

(Cap. 302)

ESTABLISHMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Land Control Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development— (a) applies the Act to the Sub-County named in the first column of the Schedule; (b) establishes the Land Control Boards named in the second column of the Schedule in the Sub-County named in the first column; and (c) appoints the persons named in the third column of the Schedule to be members of the respective Land Control Boards specified in the Second column for a period of three (3) years, with immediate effect.
