TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2022 By (1) Ali Mohamed Said and (2) Said Mohamed Said, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Said Zubeidi, who died at Nairobi, on 30th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By (1) Naima Mohamed Ramdhan, (2) Kadija Suleiman and (3) Said Suleiman Biringi, all of P.O. Box 1725–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatuma Suleiman Biringi, who died at Kisumu, on 7th April, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
