TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2021 By (1) Margaret Kalia Muvinga and (2) Anastasia Mwikali Mwinde, the deceased’s sister and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kibusi, who died at Majimboni, on 2nd December, 1969. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022 By Judith Mukii Mutiso, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mutiso Mumo, who died at Majimboni, on 3rd August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
