TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2022 By Jane Waithera Mtenzi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nickson Mtenzi Tsuma, who died on 9th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E245 OF 2022 By Lewis Mtawali Charo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Taura Nzala, who died at Mida, Majaoni, on 11th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
