E1 OF 2023 By Samuel Abudho Obonyo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wenston Hagga Omulo, who died on 15th March, 1975. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Clement Okal Ojigo and (2) Fredrick Omondi Ojigo, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Crispine Otieno Onguru alias Otieno Onguru, who died on 14th November, 2000. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) Mark Odhiambo Oketch and (2) George Amollo Okoth, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zadok Oguta Okunya alias Zadok Oguta, who died on 25th December, 1990. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By Nelson Okoth Ochieng, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Aidi Ongalo, who died on 17th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
