TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2022 By (1) Johnson Mutua Thagicho, (2) Hannah Wanjiku Mungai and (3) Nancy Nyathika Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thagicho Njama, who died at Illasit Sub- location, on 4th March, 2002. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2022 By Jane Nyambura Nganga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Sironga Ngugi, who died at Loitokitok Sub-County, on 30th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
