CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2022 By Francis Lindu Olenyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Herman Olenyo Kiroboto alias Olenyo Kiromboto, who died at Lyaduywa Sub-location, on 18th December, 2003. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2022 By William Lukohe Lurambjira, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shiveka Mulilwa, who died at Kaptech Sub-location, on 1st Januuary, 1974. CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2022 By Mark Amayi Tionyi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamini Tionyi Luanje alias Jamin Tionyi, who died at Jivovoli Sub-location, on 28th April, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
