TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By Raphael Mwongela Musangi, of P.O. Box 123–90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s brother-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamenwa Kilonzo Kamuanzi, who died at Kisekeni, on 21st August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
