TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2023 By (1) Rosemary Kairu Mithika, (2) Rebecca Kananu Mithika and (3) David Thuranira Mithika, all of P.O. Box 240–60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Shadrack Mithika, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
