TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2022 By Charles Maina Mwangi, of P.O. Box 166, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Wainaina alias Beth Wanjiru Karori, who died at Kirere Sub-location, on 5th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By Roise Njeri Ngugi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eustace Ngugi Nganga alias Eustace Ngugi, who died at Githembe, on 6th April, 2009. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By Francis Maina Waweru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Mbuthia, who died on 2nd January, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
