CAUSE NO. 190 OF 2022 By Johnson Mwakamsha Chai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chai Nzaro Kalama, who died at Kiliifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd July, 2014. CAUSE NO. 191 OF 2022 By Patrick Jefwa Kalama, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jefwa Kalama Chui, who died at Magogoni, on 26th March, 2012. CAUSE NO. 192 OF 2022 By (1) Hannington Odhiambo Oyoko, (2) Oscar Nathan Oyoko, (3) Allan Ochieng Oyoko and (4) James Otieno Oyoko, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Oyoko Omwanda, who died at District Hospital, Homabay in Kenya, on 26th April, 1993.
