TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E266 OF 2022 By (1) Stephen Mwalolo Mwangemi and (3) Ganja Mwalolo Mwangemi, both of P.O. Box 1161, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangemi Mwalolo Mwangemi, who died at Hurara, on 23rd October, 2019. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2023 By (1) Memsapu Tunje Mbaru, (2) Nathaniel Kazungu Fondo and (3) Ruwa Kiwe Fondo, the deceased’s widow and sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Fondo, who died on 2nd October, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
