TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By Peter Otieno Ouko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anatasia A. Oringa, who died on 13th June, 2000. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2023 By Edward Okoth Okwanyo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hesbone Obonyo Okwanyo alias Hesbon Obonyo Okwanyo, who died on 15th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
