Kafuna, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Dalingo Kegode alias Michael Daling’o Kegonde, who died at Ikumba Sub-location, on 22nd May, 1998. CAUSE NO. E328 OF 2022 By (1) Linet Kadeitsa Masitsa and (2) Alfred Adeka Kigani, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Masiza Kigani alias James Masiza, who died at Chango Sub-location, on 7th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. 332 OF 2022 By (1) Truphena Imbuhila Buluku and (2) Piarce Munubi Buluku, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Buluku Lwang’ang’o alias Jacob Vuluku alias Jacob Buluku Lwangango, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, on 5th May, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
