TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2022 By (1) Margret Naliaka Simiyu and (2) Nereah Mbone Simiyu, both of P.O. Box 66, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Simiyu Namunguba, who died at Webuye County Hospital in Kenya, on 6th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2022 By (1) Patrick Mang’eni Yusto and (2) Constantine Masinde Yusto, both of P.O. Box 145, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yusto Malaba Visuche, who died at Maraka Sub-location, on 18th August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
