E7 OF 2023 By Josiah Kinyua Njiru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Mukuthu, who died at Joykim Nursing Home, on 2nd July, 2021. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2023 By Mercy Kina Nyaga, of P.O. Box 616, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josiah Nyagah Kanake, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 6th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By Maryrose Cieveti Ireri, of P.O. Box 1984, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Ireri Mark, who died at Mefu Sub-location, on 7th January, 2011.
