TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By Bedan Irungu Macharia, of P.O. Box 199–10202, Kangema in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Renet Waiyigo Macharia alias Renet Waiyigo, who died at Githiga Sub-location, on 19th November, 2000. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By (1) Serah Waitherero Karuru and (2) Samuel Karuru Chege, both of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangari Ng’ang’a alias Wangari Paul, who died at Kanyenyaini, on 15th May, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
