Box 50739–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rachael Wangui Njuguna, who died at Kahuru, on 4th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2022 By (1) Zacharia Muthua Mwaniki and (2) Jacinta Njeri Mwaniki, both of P.O. Box 76, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dancan Mwaniki Njoroge, who died at Muruaki, on 12th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2022 By Thomas Kimani Kamande, of P.O. Box 126, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nyambura Kamande alias Kamande Jane Nyambura alias Jane Nyambura, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
