TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2022 By Joseph Njihia Gatuku, of P.O. Box 14–20318, Engineer in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Gatuku Kariuki alias Gatuku Kariuki alias Karioki Gatuku, who died on 27th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2022 By (1) Philomena Njoki Githika and (2) Githika Peter Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 76, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githika Kamau Gathara, who died at Muruaki Sub-location, on 31st May, 2019. CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2022 By (1) Catherine Wambui Njoroge, (2) Peter Kiumbe Njoroge, (3) Mary Wairimu Ndirangu and (4) Francis Mwangi Njoroge, all of P.O. Box 318–20318, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Njoroge Kiumbe alias Njoroge Kiumbe Njoroge, who died on 30th July, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
