TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2022 By (1) Benson Gicharu Kihu and (2) Daniel Irungu Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 21686–001000, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahara Kihu alias Benard Kahara, who died at Gachocho, on 8th August, 1983. CAUSE NO. 190 OF 2022 By Julius Kariuki Kinyanjui, of P.O. Box 22, Sabasaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiah Kinyanjui Kariuki alias Hezekiah Kinyanjui, who died at Githembe, on 15th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
