TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2022 By (1) Waceke Njoroge Nyaga, (2) Daniel Kuria Njoroge, (3) Paul Muiru Njoroge and (4) Mercy Wambui Maburi, all of P.O. Box 63587– 00619, Muthaiga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Nyaga, who died at Mucatha Town, on 4th May, 1989. 4:24 PM THE KENYA GAZETTE 27th January, 2023 366 366 CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2022 By (1) Philip Wachira Githaiga and (2) Wanjohi Githaiga, both of P.O. Box 74148–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wambui Githaiga, who died on 28th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
