TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 385 OF 2022 By Nyamanya Nyamanya, of P.O. Box 859–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okari Orari alias Okari Orori, who died on 5th April, 1983. CAUSE NO. 469 OF 2022 By Thomas Ombese Okemwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyabate Okemwa, who died at Bomariba Sub-location, on 4th February, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
