TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2022 By Wayua Mutiso Nguu, of P.O. Box 555–00204, Athi River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Nguu Kivindyo. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Anyoso Onyoyo and (2) Paul Bros Onyoyo, both of P.O. Box 74508–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hosseah A. Onyoyo alias Hosseah Alubaka Onyoyo, who died on 11th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
