TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2022 By Violet Josphine Wairimu Ndungo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edon Murimi Mbungu, who died at Igamatundu Sub-location, on 8th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2022 By Patrick Mugambi Kathia, of P.O. Box 63, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Kathia, who died at Chuka Hospital in Kenya, on 21st December, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
