TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2022 By Joyce Kathure, of P.O. Box 89, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Kimba Kanyi, who died at Thitha, on 2nd October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By Daniel Mathiu M’Mugambi, of P.O. Box 233, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyingi Muthiria alias M’Imaingi Maingi alias Maingi Ithiria, who died at Mutiandui, on 5th August, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
