Box 63, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wairimu Gitau, who died on 30th December, 2013. CAUSE NO. E524 OF 2022 By Agnes Waithira Kamau, of P.O. Box 63, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kamau Gitau, who died on 14th November, 2002. CAUSE NO. E525 OF 2022 By Mary Muthoni Iregi, of P.O. Box 63, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Iregi Gitau, who died at Nandarasi, on 11th January, 2002. Box 63, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Wanjohi Gitau, who died on 24th November, 2017. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2023 By Victoria Nduta Muriithi, of P.O. Box 80, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Muriithi Mutahi alias Nahashon Mureithi Mutahi, who died on 9th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2023 By (1) John Kahura Kanyuera and (2) Monicah Wanja, both of P.O. Box 20, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyuera Kahura, who died at Githima sub-location, on 25th July, 2021.
