Box 17425–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mbugua Gachengechi, who died on 27th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Christian Maina Njuguna and (2) Martha Wangechi Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 87–20205, Wanjohi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter- in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Kirichi, who died at Gitei Sub-location, on 2nd April, 2013. CAUSE NO. 469 OF 2022 By Joseph Gathogo Wangechi, of P.O. Box 30, Giakanja in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juliah Wangechi Gathogo, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 3rd August, 2008. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Gichuki Njoroge alias Gichuki Njoroge, who died at Kinamba, on 21st April, 2020. CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2023 By (1) Naomi Wangui Njoroge and (2) Elishiba Mwihaki Njau, both of P.O. Box 2003, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Muthoni Njau, who died at Mwariki “B”, on 16th November, 2022.
