CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2023 By (1) Jane Njuguini Mwangi and (2) Daniel Kimani Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 1025–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Njagi Kiongo, who died at Mbuyu, on 6th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Kimani Wakiriba and (2) John Wachira Wakiriba, both of P.O. Box 2003–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Backson Wakiriba Wanjohi, who died at Igwamiti Location, on 14th January, 2000.
