TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2022 By (1) Isaiah Njoroge Njenga and (2) Mary Wambui Njenga, both of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Waithira Njoroge, who died at Mirera Sub-location, on 6th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E217 OF 2022 By (1) Gladys Wanjiku Mbuthia and (2) Julius Kinyua Murage, both of P.O. Box 853–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuthia Kabiti, who died at Kiarukungu, on 10th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
