TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 571 OF 2022 By (1) James Karuma Kaniaru and (2) Sarah Wanjiru Kaniaru, both of P.O. Box 119, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susanah Njoki Kaniaru, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 4th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. 599 OF 2022 By (1) Margaret Wangari Kariuki and (2) Agatha Wambui Gatebi, both of P.O. Box 1967–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatebi Nduhu alias Gatibi Nduhu, who died at Huhoini, Nyeri, on 30th April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
