TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2022 By (1) Christine Njoki Ndaire and (2) Nelly Wambui Ndaire, both of P.O. Box 2229–01000, Thika in Kenya, through Messrs. Ndung’u Mwaura, advocate of Thika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Ndaire Karua, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
