TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2022 By Pauline Wanjiku Kiambo, of P.O. Box 61–01004, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peninah Wanjiku Kamau alias Peninah Wanjiru Kamau, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July, 2008. CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2022 By Paul Gacheru Kiarie, of P.O. Box 60, Kanjuku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaguku Kiarie, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 12th February, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
