Box 3–00521, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gikanga Ngari, late of Githunguri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2021. E493 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Kiarie Wangari, (2) Elizabeth Wangari Kiarie and (3) Esther Njeri Kiarie, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wangari Kiarie, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 6th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
