CAUSE NO. E336 OF 2022 By Gastone Amenya Ongala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ongala, who died on 10th October, 1996. CAUSE NO. E604 OF 2022 By Aloys Okudo Ochieng, of P.O. Box 73, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Owiti alias Leonadus Ochieng Owiti alias Leonadus Ochieng, who died at East Kolunje, on 15th December, 1973. CAUSE NO. E618 OF 2022 By Jactone Onditi Oloo, of P.O. Box 883, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nikolaus Ongaro Oyaro alias Nicholas Ongaro, who died at Nyalunya, on 25th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. E678 OF 2022 By William Abdallah Salim, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathayo Salim Musa, who died on 7th June, 2021.
