TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2022 By Lionel Heavesns Kivuku, of P.O. Box 83956, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Munanye Kivuku, who died along Links Road, Nyali, on 30th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2022 By (1) Janet Salome Akinyi Amoth and (2) Fredrick Jackson Mahero, the deceased’s widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Oduor Mahero, who died at Kilindini Port, on 26th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2022 By (1) Edward Otieno Onyango and (2) Priscila Kazosi Onyango, both c/o P.O. Box 88381–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s father and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aggrey Onyango Alal, who died at Rera, on 26th May, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
