TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 224 OF 2022 By Lucy Mbeni Mutua, of P.O. Box 41325–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Mutua Mweu, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 1st June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E279 OF 2022 By Griffith Oduor Ombogo, of P.O. Box 79803–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Fanuel Ojiayo alias Peter Phanuel Ombogo Ojiayo, who died at Rakwaro, Kisumu, on 17th February, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
