TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 169 OF 2013 By George Kombo Oruta, of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jameson Oruta Oroni, who died at Bomanyara, on 17th October, 2003. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By (1) Elizabeth Nyasuguta Oigara and (2) Lambert Onderi Oigara, both of P.O. Box 32165–00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ben Gesicho Keragori Oigara, who died at Oregon, USA, on 2nd August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2022 By (1) Elijah Migiro Maobe and (2) Omweri Methusela Maobe, both of P.O. Box 54–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Maobe Nyakwara, who died on 31st March, 2007. CAUSE NO. 402 OF 2022 By James Keuya Nyagwanga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyagwanga Oyongo, who died at Bosinange Sub-location, on 10th February, 1994.
