TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2019 By (1) Kobilo Sumukwo Kiptui and (2) Titus Tatich Sukumwo, both of P.O. Box 12–30406, Kampi ya Samaki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Sumukwo Kiptui, who died at Kampi ya Samaki, on 24th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By (1) Hellen Rono and (2) George Ronoh, both of P.O. Box 136, Timboroa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erick K. Rono, who died at Equator Sub-location, on 17th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
