Box 577, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Mukhayi Shibizi alias Muhanyi Chibiki, late of Kakamega, who died on 11th July, 1984. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2022 By Plati Timothy Mukabana, of P.O. Box 153–50105, Bukura in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fred Aguduya alias Fred Mukabana alias Fred Mugavana alias Fred Akutuya, late of Bukura, who died on 6th December, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
