TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 94 OF 2022 By Peter Lisutsa Williams, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Sasita alias William Lubembe Sasita, who died at Shiru Sub-location, on 19th January, 1998. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By Josphat Ayodi Imboyoga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Imboyoga Bugunye, who died at Jeptulu Sub-location, on 16th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
