E317 OF 2022 By Zakayo Henry Angoyia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Omulando Angoyia alias Omulando Angoyia alias Omulando Ngoyia, who died at Esianda Sub-location, on 12th October, 1996. CAUSE NO. E338 OF 2022 By Isaac Chegero Kiyingu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Kiyingu Chore, who died at Mbale Sub-location, on 25th November, 1980. CAUSE NO. E339 OF 2022 By (1) Rosa Angehi Sagala and (2) Paul Amisi Sagara, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Hamisi alias Ezekiel Sagala, who died at Munoywa Sub-location, on 16th January, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
