TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 10th February, 2023 CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By Joseph Muchiri Gichiru, of P.O. Box 18–90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbaru Ndegwa Gichiru, who died on 19th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By (1) Dominic Muiwa Kyova and (2) Mukonyo Kyova Nguna, both of P.O. Box 3–90102, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimau Ngunu, who died on 2nd July, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
