Box 1132–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriungi alias Joseph Muriungi M’Riuoro, late of Kimirii, who died there on 5th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By David Mwenda M’Thuranira, of P.O. Box 1132–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mugambi Mutiria, late of Akithii, who died there on 21st December, 1992. Box 1132–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karauri Kathembere, late of Limbine, who died there on 5th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By Mwanjuki M’Churukia, of P.O. Box 174–60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Churukia Naituli, late of Kianjai, who died there on 3rd August, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
