TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 165 OF 2022 By (1) Frida Karimi Munyi and (2) Samuel Mureithi Nthiga, both of P.O. Box 34–60114, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Njeru Njogu, who died along Embu-Ishiara Road, on 17th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. 169 OF 2022 By (1) Ngari Njeru and (2) Salesio Muriuki Njeru, both of P.O. Box 144–60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Mwaririe, who died at Kithimu Sub- location, on 24th October, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
