TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2021 By Titus Kagichu Mbogua, of P.O. Box 14654–00800, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of probate of written will testate to the estate of Robert Mbugua Njoroge, who died at Gakui Sub-location, on 24th May, 2015.
