Box 23–90137, Kibwezi in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Mwendwa Muli, who died at Ngandani, on 25th October, 2022. CAUSE NO. 42 OF 2022 By Kanini Mutuku, of P.O. Box 22090121, Emali in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutuku Musomba Evendu, who died at Maatha Sub-location, on 12th October, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
