TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2023 By Bearice Erastus Oyalo, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate without will to the estate of Bernard Mukhwana Bwile, who died at Milima Sub-location, on 21st October, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
