TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 221 OF 2021 By Japheth Munala Okusi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Elusa Okusi alias Rebecca Okusi, who died at Ebusiloli Sub-location, on 29th December, 1982. CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2022 By Wilfred Manoah, of P.O. Box 67–50314, Emuhaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elli Manoah Ammo alias Eli Abukuse, who died on 23rd December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
